Petition To Shut Down Basketball Wives Grows By The Thousands

A petition started by Alexis M, from the Colorado area, to shut down violence portrayed on "Basketball Wives", "Ocho & Ev", and ring leader Evelyn Lozada... approaches 20,000 online signatures.

Alexis is not stopping there, she now has her eyes on Vh1 endorsers...

While Evelyn Lozada laughs off this petition (click Pink for more), Alexis is getting down to business and calling all the Vh1 advertisers and informing them about the "disturbing violence" they are giving money to...

Alexis writes on her petition site...
“I’m currently waiting on Burger King’s president to return my phone call. I sent him all the video footage of the ‘Basketball Wives’ violence. Burger King didn’t even know what ‘Basketball Wives’ is. The secretary was polite enough to view some of the video footage of the violence.”

She cites Burger King, Pepisco, and Bounty as key advertisers of the network and urges others to call and complain. She reiterates she is for "positive change"...
