'Love & Hip Hop: NY' Kimbella's Workout Regime Cont'd [PHOTOS]


'Love & Hip Hop: NY' Kimbella is quickly dropping the pounds after giving birth to her daughter over the summer, and has been sharing her workout regime progression (click Pink Pink for more).

Kim says she started at 165lbs and is currently at 152 lbs, and wants to drop 7lbs more to achieve her goal weight...


Kim writes, "With my workout routine plus at least 30 mins of cardio you must eat a certain way to achieve your weight loss/Toning goal.. You are what you eat.. To speed up your Metabolism you should eat a small meal every 3 hrs. Speeding up you metabolism will help you burn fat! Here's an example of what I eat daily; Breakfast: 3 egg whites scrambled with Cheddar Cheese, tomato, & Grilled Chicken. Wheat toast & glass of 2% Milk or OJ. Lunch (Before 3pm): Any Salad with some Protein (Chicken/Fish) you can add cheese & skip the dressing or use Balsamic Vinegar w bottle of water. Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast or Fish w steamed Veggies & bottle of water. No eating after 10pm! In between meals I might snack on Raw Almonds(No Salt), Edamame beans, Cheese & drink LOTS of WATER!!!!!! #TeamFitlifestyle #GoalGetta"

 

Kim adds, "My results Ladies... Most of you are probably out right now gaining carbs while I'm busy working hard to burn them! It's taken 3 months to get to this point & I am very proud of myself!! If you stick to an every day regimen you can achieve your goal as well.. They say the best way to see results is in a bikini! Well I think I deserve this moment!
