Terrell Owens Laughs Off Child Support Payments

SO broke, he supposedly CANNOT pay his child support checks...

Melanie, one of TO's many baby mom's, says he's a DAYUM lie because he has been sending her taunting messages trying to intimidate her and laughing about everyone falling for the ol 'im broke trick'...

A lawyer for Melanie Paige Smith  filed a petition for contempt against Owens for sending her taunting texts regarding his failure to pay child support. In the documents submitted, in May 2007 Owens was ordered to pay Smith $5,000 a month in child support. He has "failed and refused to pay any child support" from December 2011 through this month.

The texts read as follows:

"The other mothers got a dose of reality once my attorneys and judge explained by (sic) financial situation. ... so you can only imagine wht's gonna happen when we go 2 court."

“Not looking 4 pity, sympathy, nothing! I’ve never said I was broke. Tht’s what the media has said. Enjoy ur day.”
