"We'll save money since we already have all this boy stuff," Kim Zolciak laughed.
She feels her family is now complete, saying, "Two boys and two girls; it's just a blessing -- perfect!"
Kim's older daughters Brielle and Arianna are also excited about their new little brother on the way.
"They are so excited," Kim says. "We didn't care if it was a girl or a boy, we just want a healthy baby."
