Halle Berry wants to move to Paris with her French boo/fiance Oliver Martinez with daughter Nahla, to get as far as possible from ex Gabriel Aubry.
Gabe is not going out without a fight, and wants to hurt Halle where it really hurts - in her check book...
Gabe is demanding the courts, in his custody battle with Halle, to grant him $500,000 in attorney fees, and $20,000 a month in child support.
Gabriel was in court this morning, expecting to argue his case for the huge increase in child support, but the case was continued because the paperwork wasn't filled out properly. Gabriel was extremely upset the matter was put off.
Gabe's reasoning for the astronomical number, he wants to keep Nahla, 4, in the lifestyle she is accustomed to with her mother Halle.
As we first reported, Halle wants to move with the child to Paris, which would have a direct impact on Gabriel's request for additional support.
We hope Gabe wins his case, 'cuz we can't STAND that psychotic biatch Halle!
