Mark Zuckerberg, 28, and his long-term girlfriend Priscilla Chan, 27, quietly tied the knot in a small ceremony this past Saturday...
The low-key ceremony, with less than 100 friends and family members, occurred in their backyard at their home in Palo Alto, CA. The couple have been together nine years and met at Harvard. Zuckerberg wore a suit and tie, and Chan wore a traditional wedding gown with lace detail.
Zuckerberg designed a "simple ruby ring" for Chan himself; she did not see it until the wedding.
Guests ate family style from the couple's favorite local eateries, Palo Alto Sol and Fuki Sushi. For dessert, attendees ate burdick chocolate "mice," which the couple had on their first date.
