Russell Brand, Katy Perry ex, snatched a phone and got arrested for it immediately; but Chris Brown snatches a phone (click Pink for details on that) and well we are still waiting to find out his outcome a month and counting later...

According to reports,

Today marks a full month since witnesses reported to authorities that R&B star Chris Brown swiped an iPhone from a fan outside the Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach. And cops are still waiting for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney to issue a warrant for his arrest! Meanwhile in New Orleans, British Funny Russell Brand (Get Him to The Greek,Arthur) allegedly took a camera phone from a paparazzo and tossed it through a window March 12. An arrest warrant was issued March 14. He was in custody by March 15. I’m just sayin’!
