Tami, 41, only suffered a mild heart attack and is doing better, but she says it put her life in a whole new perspective.

Tami Roman’s heart attack revelation shocked Basketball Wives fans Tuesday. Tami Roman told news that she suffered a mildheart attack. She is doing fine now and is on medication. The reality star tells news that she will take a break from Twitter as she tends to her health.

Tami Roman told news on Tuesday that she is recuperating well. “Not feeling so well but I hope u enjoyed the episode. Gonna try to catch a re-run and collect my thoughts to blog. Headed to bed early.” Earlier in the day Roman told news that she had was shocked to learn of the heart attack. She told fans that the news put everything in “perspective”.

On Twitter, Roman told fans and news “Thx 2every1 for the get well wishes. Never thought I’d have a mild heart attack at 41. God has a way of bringing things into perspective. Finally going home 2 my kids-heart meds and all...I’m off twitter 4 awhile, no stress recovery, but I appreciate ALL the positive energy & the negative 1's-get a life-I sure appreciate mine.”

Roman’s publicist also issued a news statement. “Last night, Basketball Wives’ Tami Roman was admitted to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center for a medical emergency in Los Angeles. She has since been released and would like to let her fans and supporters know she is doing fine and looks forward to resuming her scheduled engagements. She will also be back on twitter communicating with her followers shortly.”
