Sources say that Jay is starting to pour in a lot of his investments and time (meaning less time & money spent on RiRi's career) to making Rita the next big thing. Jay has already brought Rita to a NY radio station to promote her new hot song "Pary & Bullshit". We're not going to lie, we heard the "Party & Bullshit" song and its hot!
